POLICIES

We believe that our policies, processes and ways of working are key to future success. As an engineering business, we aim to provide the best possible service to our clients. This starts with us being efficient internally. Due to securing ISO accreditation for 9001, 14001 and 45001, we now operate under Integrated Management Policies (IMS). The IMS provides us with the framework to manage our business, processes and resources as effectively as possible to enable high standards of service and client satisfaction. Through our policies, we have outlined our position concerning Quality, the Environment, Health and Safety amongst others and we aim to work with like minded businesses both up and down our supply chain.

Mark Toner

Mark Toner – Health, Safety and Compliance Manager 

In my role, I am responsible for compliance across the business. I work alongside our engineering team on site to ensure that SURE and any managed subcontractors are working safely and embed mental health first aid across our business to continue building on our positive culture. I also have a responsibility for coaching and mentoring our award winning apprentice programme and this is something I look forward to developing further.
