SURE Energy Solutions Ltd (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers with regards to their personal data. Any personal data which we collect, record or use in any way whether it is held on paper, on computer or other media, will be safeguarded ensuring that we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. We have both an internal data protection policy as well as external website privacy policies in place which reflect the requirements of GDPR. Audits within the business are carried out to ensure compliance with these policies.

Sharing your information
Your personal details will never be shared outside of SURE Energy Solutions Ltd for marketing purposes. We may however use other companies to provide services to you on our behalf. These services include but are not limited to sending postal mail/emails, sending surveys about our products and services or analysing data. We will only provide these companies with the information they require to perform services that we have engaged them for and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. SURE Energy Solutions Ltd have appropriate physical and technological security measures setup to keep your information safe. Internally access to personal information is limited to employees who need to access it in order to do their jobs. This information is never transferred outside of the UK.
Capturing information online
As of May 2011 website operators have been required to provide clear information on how cookies are used on their websites and obtain consent before activating a cookie on a user’s device. SURE Energy Solutions Ltd use cookies on www.suresol.co.uk to collect data however our cookies do not collect any personal data which would allow us to identify an individual – the data is aggregated and anonymous. The information captured is used to track usage of the website to identify repeat visitors and determine how users interact with our site to enable us to provide a better user experience.
Cookie Policy
Cookies that appear on our site do not track user information, and will expire as soon as the browser is closed. The cookies relate to functionality and are an inherent feature on our site which is powered by a third party platform. The functionality of these cookies is to prevent cross-site forgery attacks.

At SURE Energy SOlutions we use Microsoft Office 365 which is cloud-based service that helps meet our needs for robust security, reliability, and productivity. Because security is paramount for SURE Energy Solutions Ltd, Microsoft has robust policies, controls, and systems built into Office 365 to help keep information we have about our suppliers and customers safe. Office 365 is designed on the principles of the Security development lifecycle, a mandatory Microsoft process that embeds security requirements into every phase of development. Microsoft-managed service-level security technologies and policies are enabled by default, and customer-managed controls allow us to customise our Office 365 environment to fit our organisation’s security needs. Office 365 is continuously updated to enhance security. Microsoft offer extensive privacy controls and visibility into where our data resides and who has access to it.
