We see our role as an extension of our customers supply chains and, as such, we aim to integrate smoothly into customer processes. SURE can provide access to a wide catalogue of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spares for all the major Refrigeration manufacturers. In addition, we also directly sell refrigerant to customers in accordance with FGas regulations.

In my role as parts manager, I am responsible for sourcing and procuring equipment and spares for our project and service teams, as well as the direct sale side of the business. Over 27 years of experience enables me to carry out my duties efficiently, which in turn helps project and service jobs run smoothly. As a business, SURE Solutions trusts and empowers me to deliver a great service both internally and externally.
