The roles are designed to work in partnership with our Sales Director and Engineering Supervisors to ensure effective and efficient technical support is provided to our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with site, providing proactive technical advice and support
• Key point of contact for site
• Providing a responsive service to client needs

Requirements:

• On site/Commissioning/Supervisory experience

Service Supervisor – North West

SURE are are looking for a dedicated North-West Service Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity comes as a result of our consistent business growth.

SURE Solutions specializes in servicing, designing, installing, and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems across the UK. This position is ideally suited for candidates based in Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool, or the wider North West area.

We are seeking a flexible, motivated, and committed individual to handle a variety of service and maintenance tasks. While the primary focus will be on service and maintenance, there is potential for this role to support our Projects team as well. This role will report to our Service Manager and will involve both hands-on work and office time to provide effective technical and developmental support to the team. Although quoting works is not a responsibility at this stage, you will work closely with the NW Sales Engineer to ensure efficient job performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Line management of the North West engineering team
• Routine planned preventative maintenance
• Service repairs
• Breakdown attendance and fault diagnosis

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Experience with Commercial/Industrial Refrigeration Systems
• Experience in the Food and Beverage, Food Manufacture, Distribution, or Petrochemical sectors is beneficial

We are seeking a flexible, motivated, and committed individual to handle a variety of service and maintenance tasks. While the primary focus will be on service and maintenance, there is potential for this role to support our Projects team as well. This role will report to our Service Manager and will involve both hands-on work and office time to provide effective technical and developmental support to the team.

• Essential F-Gas handling qualifications

Projects Engineer

Our award-winning team are seeking full-time, permanent Industrial Refrigeration Project Engineers. We are open to Project Engineers with on-site experience, or a Commissioning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a project to plan as part of the on-site team
• Management of subcontractors
• Regular communication with Project Manager
